We were instructed by City of London Corporation to provide development and leasing advice with regards to their ownership in this core part of New Bond Street.
We provided a retail document detailing a core retail specification and worked with the team to achieve planning consent.
The development is currently underway and we have begun our the targeted leasing campaign.
