We were instructed to conduct a full review of Next’s Central London retail portfolio with ambition to acquire a significant flagship store.
Their 35,000 sq ft store at 199-215 was sold to JD sports for a significant premium. This facilitated the 75,000 sq ft acquisition of their flagship store at The Plaza, 120 Oxford Street.
