We have advised Derwent throughout the development process of 1 Oxford Street, a key development in the overall regeneration of this eastern end of Oxford Street.
Kenningham Retail are leasing the circa 30,000 sq ft of five retail space, arranged over ground, basement and first floors. The scheme acts as the gateway to the West End with the flagship anchor tenant beginning the famous Oxford Street retail thoroughfare.
