M&G obtained planning consent for the demolition and rebuild of this mixed-use retail and office scheme in late 2018.
We provided retail development and rental advice and are retained to find a retail occupiers for either one or two stores arranged over ground, basement and first floor. Demolition shas started on site with completion scheduled Q3 2023.
