Our brief was to create a new food and beverage destination on The Crown Estate, connecting Regent Street with Mayfair. We have provided advice on the refurbishment of five food and beverage units on the parade including change of use and licensing applications.
The majority of the spaces are under offer and new vegan burger concept, Neat Burger agreed a new lease on the central restaurant unit, launching in September 2019 with much success.
