Kenningham Retail continues to provide comprehensive retail and leisure advice to Derwent London across their Baker & George holdings in Marylebone.
We have provided leasing advice and secured changes of use to D2 gym space at 16 Baker Street where Kobox boutique boxing gym have taken occupation. We have also secured several independent retailer and restaurateur operators within the portfolio including; Carousel, Jovonna, and Persian restaurant Boteh Jeghe.
