We have been instructed to provide development advice on this flagship mixed-use scheme, which forms part of The Portman Estates’ regeneration for Edgware Road.
We will begin leasing the new retail element of the scheme in Q4 2020, comprising four units fronting Edgware Road arranged over ground and basement floors.
