Kenningham Retail were brought in to provide valuation and leasing advice on this retail unit for The Portman Estate.
We conducted a successful marketing campaign whereby several operators put forward new lease proposals.
We negotiated and secured a new lease with Boxcar for their first neighbourhood deli and café. They opened the space in summer 2018 and continue to trade successfully.
