Swingers signed a new lease for their flagship, 20,000 sq ft West End site in the former BHS Store.
The Landlord completed the enabling works in early 2018 and Swingers opened for trade in March 2018. Together with Market Halls opening on the other side of the block in 2019, this has become an exemplar in repurposing retail space into more appropriate uses.
