Project
Market Halls signed a new lease for a 40,000 sq ft store as part of the repurposing of the former BHS Store. This was the first letting to Market Halls and it subsequently became the largest indoor food hall in the UK.
Together with the letting to Swingers in the remainder of the accommodation, this project became an exemplar in repurposing retail space into more appropriate uses.
