We provided valuation and leasing advice for this prime retail unit. The brief was to bring an exciting new independent operator to re-energise this pedestrianised F&B parade visible from Regent Street.
We conducted a thorough marketing campaign, receiving several offers for this c.400 sq ft space. We secured Hagen Espresso Bar on a new lease for their first central London flagship site.
